Anti-corrosion Coatings Department is able to protect metal and aluminium elements against corrosion through electrolytic galvanization, KTL cataphoresis painting, powder painting and “wet”painting. Elements made of thick metal sheets, before painting, are shot-blasted.
KTL – black colour, thickness: 18-25μm
Cataphoresis painting line is designed for painting elements with the following max. dimensions: length – 2500 mm, width – 600 mm, height – 1050 mm.
We have our own salt chamber for examining coatings resistance.
Electrolytic galvanization
Galvanization of small elements and standardized machine elements is performed on an automatic barrel weak-acid line.
Bigger elements are galvanised on an automatic hanging alkaline line. Maximal dimensions of elements: length – 1700 mm, width – 500 mm, height – 1050 mm.
Powder painting
We can paint elements , using RAL colours according to client's requirements, with the following dimensions: length – 2000 mm, width – 1000 mm, height – 1400 mm, methods TRIBO and KORONA.
Painting with liquid paint is carried out applying hydro-kinetic method, and maximal dimensions of elements are: length – 6000 mm, width – 1000 mm, height – 1000 mm.
