Metal Processing Department is responsible for complex processing of metal elements. Starting with the process of preparing production through cutting metal sheets up to 12 mm using a laser cutting machine Trumatic L3030S and sheets up to 80 mm using plasma BR-3a, cutting tubes, bending with hydraulic bending machines or cutting with guillotine shear. We can produce elements that need bending on a press brake with pressure force 160 t. Drawing and punching on power/eccentric presses up to 250 t. We also have welding machines with the power of 80-160kW and a welding robot MOTOMAN UP20-6.
