Processes realized in Pomel Sp. z o.o. company are documented by an implemented quality system compliant with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949:2016, and continuous improvement is focused on "zero-defect rule" and scarp reduction. 

Our goal is to maintain credibility of Clients and minimization of negative impact on the natural environment acc. to ISO 14001.
We monitor on continuous basis changes in law regulations in order to prevent the risk caused by the activity of the company while taking into account all issues related to improvement of standards of safety, hygiene and ergonomics of workplaces. We conduct analyzes of effectiveness of process for elimination of wastefulness and limiting their potential negative impact on environment.
We implement new technologies and invest in technical means which ensure an increase of efficiency and realization of internal environment projects.
We support actions undertaken by local government and local community within the scope of environmental protection.
