  4. The Operator is the Administrator of your Personal Data in reference to data voluntarily provided in the Web Service.
  5. The Web Service uses the Personal Data for following purposes:
    • Handling inquiries via form
    • Presentation of offer or information
  6. The Web Service executes the function of acquiring information about Users and their behaviour in the following way:
    1. Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are entered in the Operator’s systems.
    2. By saving cookies on end devices.
  1. Selected methods of data protection used by the Operator
  1. Place of login and entering Personal Data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this solution, Personal Data and Login Data inputted on the website are encrypted in the User’s computer and can be read only on the target server.

  1. The Web Service is hosted (technical upkeep) on the server of operator: linuxpl.com

KRS 0000612359, REGON no. 364261632, NIP no. 7822622168, share capital of 210,000.00 PLN fully paid.

  4. The Hosting Company:
    • uses means protecting against loss of data (e.g. disk arrays, regular safety backups),
    • uses adequate means protecting the processing locations in case of fire (e.g. special fire extinguishing systems),
    • uses adequate means protecting the processing systems in case of a sudden loss of power (e.g. double power supply circuits, generators, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems),
    • uses means of physical protection of access to the data processing locations (e.g. access control, monitoring),
    • uses means of providing appropriate environmental conditions for servers as an element of data processing system (e.g. control of environmental conditions, special air conditioning systems),
    • uses organisational solutions to provide as high degree of protection and confidentiality as possible (trainings, internal regulations, password policies, etc.),
    • has appointed the Data Protection Inspector.
  5. In order to provide a technical reliability, the Hosting Company keeps logs at the level of server. The following can be recorded:
    • resources determined with URL identifies (addresses of requested resources – websites, files),
    • time of receiving inquiry,
    • time of sending answer,
    • customer station name – identification is carried out through HTTP protocol,
    • information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transaction,
    • URL address of website previously visited by the User (referer link) – in case when the Web Service was accessed via a hyperlink,
    • information about the User’s web browser,
    • information about IP address,
    • diagnostic information related to the process of autonomously ordering services through loggers on the website,
    • information related to handling of e-mail addressed to the Operator and sent by the Operator.
  1. Your rights and additional information about the way of using data
  1. In certain situations the Administrator has the right to share your Personal Data with other recipients if it will be necessary to carry out an agreement concluded with you or to execute duties resting on the Administrator. This concerns such groups of recipients as:
    • persons authorised by us, employees, and partners, who must have access to Personal Data in order to perform their own duties,
    • the Hosting Company,
    • companies handling mailings,
    • companies handling SMS messages,
    • companies, with which the Administrator co-operates in the scope of own marketing,
    • couriers,
    • insurers,
    • law firms and debt collectors,
    • banks,
    • payment operators,
    • public authorities.
  2. Your personal data are processed by the Administrator no longer than it is necessary to carry our activities related to them and determined by separate provisions (e.g. on accounting). In reference to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to demand from the Administrator:
    • the access to Personal Data concerning you,
    • correct the said Data,
    • remove the said Data,
    • limit the processing of said Data,
    • and transfer the said Data.
  4. You have the right to file an objection in the scope of processing indicated in pt. 3.3 c) towards the processing of Personal Data in order to execute legally justified interests executed by the Administrator, including profiling, whereby the right of objection will not be possible to execute in case of existence of significant legally justified foundations for processing of interests, rights and freedoms, in particular the establishment, pursue, or defence of claims, which are paramount towards you.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint on the Administrator’s activities to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland.
  6. Provision of Personal Data is voluntary, but necessary to service the Web Service.
  7. In relation to you can be undertaken activities that consist of automated decision making, including profiling in order to provide services under a concluded agreement and in order to run a direct marketing by the Administrator.
  8. Personal Data will not be shared with third countries in the understanding of the Provision on Personal Data Protection. This means that we do not send them outside the territory of European Union.

  1. The Web Service collects information provided voluntarily by the User, including Personal Data, if they are provided.
  2. The Web Service can save information about connection parameters (time indication, IP address).
  3. In certain cases, the Web Service can save an information that facilitates the connection of data in the form with e-mail address of the User filing out the form. In such case the User’s e-mail address will appear inside the URL address of page containing the form.
  4. Data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. in order to carry out the process of handling a service application or trade contact, registration of services, etc. Each time the context and description of the form clearly informs about its purpose.

  1. Information on the Users’ behaviour in the Web Service must be logged. These data are used in order to administer the Web Service.
  1. Important marketing techniques
  1. The Operator uses the statistical analysis of traffic on website through Google Analytics (Google Inc. with office in the USA). The Operator sends to the operator of this service only anonymised information and not Personal Data. The service is based on the use of cookies in the User’s end device. In the scope of information about the User preferences collected by the Google marketing network, the User can browse and edit information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences

  1. The Web Service uses cookies.
  2. Cookies constitute as information data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Web Service User’s end device and are intended for using the Web Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of website they originate from, time of storing them on the end device, and a unique number.
  3. The Web Service Operator is the subject placing cookies on the Web Service User’s end device and gaining access to them.
  4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    1. keeping the Web Service User’s session (after login), thanks to which the User does not have to enter his/her login and password on each page of the Web Service;
    2. execution of purposes determined above in the “Important marketing techniques” part;
  5. Under the Web Service are used two main types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until s-/he logs out, exits the website, or closes the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User’s end device for a period of time determined in the parameters of cookies or until they are removed by the User.
  6. Software used to browse websites (web browser) usually allows storing cookies in the User’s end device by default. The Web Service’s Users can change settings in this scope. Web browser allows to delete cookies. It is also possible to automatically block cookies. Detailed information on this subject are included in the help section or documentation of a web browser.
  7. Restrictions of using cookies can influence certain functionalities available on the Web Service’s websites.
  8. Cookies placed on the Web Service User’s end device can be also used by entities co-operating with the Web Service Operator. In particular, this concerns the following companies: Google (Google Inc. with office in the USA), Facebook (Facebook Inc. with office in the USA), and Twitter (Twitter Inc. with office in the USA).
